this is the first intake ive posted so here it goes
breakfast: 1 1/2 cups all bran, 60cal yoghurt pot, 30ml sugar free maple syrup=388
snack: apple, raspberry white choc oaty bar=260
dinner: mushroom risotto ready meal, 2 mountain wraps=367
supper: apple, vege chips, choc chip oaty bar, bit of gingerbread=440
I do this every day.
Aghhh I do this at least 10 times a day.
i do this so much.
